Kendall Street Company
Kendall Street Company was founded in the early months of 2013 by guitarist/vocalist Louis Smith and saxophonist Andrew Drehoff. The duo had been playing together for some time in the greater Virginia Beach area, joined by a rotation of talented musicians who performed behind Louis as the Louis Smith Band. After moving to Charlottesville in late 2012 to attend the University of Virginia, the pair began putting together a group of student musicians, adding Brian Roy on bass/vocals and Ryan Wood on drums/percussion in early 2013 and Price Gillock on keyboards and Bucky Henry on auxiliary percussion later that year.

The band performs regularly in Virginia and throughout the East Coast, maintaining a central presence in the Charlottesville area, which includes live radio performances on WTJU 91.1 and WNRN 91.9 and a debut EP recorded at Blue Sprocket Sound in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While Kendall Street Company's music is influenced by a variety of musicians and styles, the group has been described as "psychedelic," "alternative," "jammy," "rock," "indie," and "ska." It is not uncommon for guest performers to join the group on stage for extended jams.
Little Bird
A 5 piece band without a genre to call home, the group of Annapolis, MD locals that blend rock, funk, and blues to bring the sound of a Jam Band based on playing music.

Little Bird was born New Years Eve 2013 with singing front man Jay Hurtt on harmonica and rhythm guitar, James Rubush on lead guitar, along with drummer, Chris Elvidge, and Mike Ware on bass guitar.

After a year and a half of performing behind their 8 song demo, "American Spirits", around the east coast, they spent the Fall and Winter of 2013 into 2014 expanding their roots on the map and musically.

"Groove" a 10 song album was recorded in July 2014 in a warehouse basement known as BurnDown Studios in Philadelphia, PA with producer Sam Morgan (Long Miles). Adding members Bear Hutchinson on Keys, and feature performances from Zach McKinney on Saxophone and singer-songwriter Shelby McDaniel with vocals on a handful of songs.

They wrapped up 2014 playing throughout the remainder July and August and end the summer sharing a bill on their first major festival at Silopanna Music Festival 2014 in Crownsville, MD among the acts such as The Flaming Lips, Matt & Kim, Chappo, Hellogoodbye, as well as familiar local faces Jimmies Chicken Shack, Pressing Strings, Pasadena, Higher Hands, Skribe and more.

"Groove" the band's independently distributed first full band album was released on their 2nd birthday Jan 1st 2015.

They are scheduled to play extensively throughout the east coast in the upcoming year, beginning with a tour in the U.S.V.I. June 2015.
